Warranty All items carry are backed with a 90 day warranty for resellers and 1 year warranty for end users unless otherwise noted. Returned items must have an RMA number. Please contact us to request an RMA number. Faulty Items under Warranty Should a fault be encountered, please send an RMA request simply by contacting us. You will need the order number, the date of purchase and the serial number of the item. Once Gameplan Technology has confirmed warranty status, one of our certified engineers will assist in resolving the problem. If the problem continues, an RMA Number will be issued. Once the item has been returned, Gameplan Technology will fix or the problem or will fix the problem or send a replacement. Replacement hardware will be comparable to the product originally purchased. RMA Returns Once you have received your RMA number, re-package the items in the same way they were sent to you. Please return each product with original accessories, manuals, software and warranties. A re-stocking fee of 25% may be applied if the original condition of the product has changed. Please do not write directly on the original box/packaging. Any discrepancies between your PO and the goods received must be flagged up within 48 hours of delivery. Goods Damaged in Transit: Any discrepancies between your PO and the goods received during transit must be flagged up within 48 hours of delivery. In some cases a 25% re-stocking fee may be applied. RMA returns may be canceled in the presence of false information.
